2. Services

DGTL provides digital growth services including, but not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • AI integrations

  • Advertising management

Our services may be provided as one-time projects or through ongoing subscription/retainer models. Service details are discussed individually with each client.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Services may be billed as one-time fees or as ongoing monthly/annual subscriptions, depending on the agreement.

  • Payments are due as agreed before the start of work or on a recurring basis.

  • No refunds or trial periods are provided. By engaging DGTL, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4. Non-Payment

  • If payment is overdue by more than 7–10 days without valid justification, DGTL reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.

  • DGTL may charge late fees for overdue payments where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • DGTL retains ownership of all intellectual property (designs, code, strategies, content) until full payment has been received.

  • Upon payment, clients receive usage rights for deliverables as agreed in their service contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

DGTL provides all services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., traffic, conversions, revenue).
DGTL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lisbon, Portugal.

8. Changes to These Terms

DGTL may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
